Local Deliveries (Within 60-Mile Radius)

Our shipping policy offers direct deliveries for customers within a 100-mile radius of our shop. These deliveries are handled by our professional two-man teams, trained to deliver your furniture with utmost care and expertise.

• Delivery cost: £1.50 per mile, calculated from our shop to your address.
• Our white glove service includes:
  • Carefully moving your sofa or furniture into the room of your choice.
  • Installing any feet or components as per your order.
  • Tidying up and removing all packaging for recycling.

Rest assured, our delivery team is highly experienced, and there’s no need to assist them. Once they’ve placed and set up your furniture, you’ll have the opportunity to inspect everything and ask any questions before they leave. Your satisfaction is our top priority!

Nationwide Shipping Policy

For customers outside the 60-mile radius, our shipping policy offers a nationwide delivery service in partnership with the manufacturer. This ensures reliable and secure deliveries, no matter your location.

• Nationwide shipping is conducted by the manufacturer’s own delivery team.
• This service also includes a white glove delivery, ensuring assembly and placement of items.

Delivery Times Under Our Shipping Policy

Our local deliveries are completed every Wednesday within a 3-4 hour timeframe that you select. You will receive regular updates throughout the day, including text messages to inform you exactly when to expect your delivery. This way, you’ll always stay informed and ready for your furniture’s arrival.

For nationwide deliveries, expect your order to arrive within 7-14 business days ( this excludes any manufacturing times ), depending on your location and the manufacturer’s schedule.

Prepare for Your Delivery

To ensure your delivery day goes smoothly, we recommend preparing your home in advance. Please clear any obstacles from the delivery path, and try to keep pets or distractions out of the way. Our teams will have your new sofa set up in no time, so you can sit back and relax!
